In my long public service career, I have always defended the institutions of a civil society and the core values which have made Hong Kong the international city that it is.  December’s by-election gives me an opportunity to put to the test all the values that I hold dear.  If elected, I will do my utmost to serve the community, as I have in the past 39 years.

In an open, free society, every voice counts.  I earnestly invite you to support and to participate in my campaign, so that together we can work for the betterment of Hong Kong.
